From Patterns For PHP

Patterns for PHP is a repository of Design Patterns implemented specifically for PHP. Tired of seeing Java implementations? Just want to see what Patterns are all about? Then come on in, browse, and if you wish, contribute to the growing number of Design Patterns with PHP centric descriptions and examples.

Contribute to the Repository!

The Patterns For PHP website is a public wiki. To submit a new article, tutorial or Pattern reference summary, simply create a new account and create a new page containing your draft text. If you have RAID data recovery issues, click the link. You may then notify other authors via the forums about the new addition and gather further feedback and suggestions.

Any questions about this website, please contact the Administrators on the Public Forums.

In the news

To combat the rampant spamming of the PFP articles, I have introduced CAPTCHA support using the reCaptcha MediaWiki extension. If there are any problems noted please let us know.

A final draft for the Transfer Object Pattern has been added. Visitors are invited to visit the Forums and discuss the article offering feedback and suggestions for improvement. Several other Patterns have been added in the past few weeks - so have at it!

As you may have noticed now, Patterns for PHP now uses pretty URLs. Please update your links accordingly. — Ambush CommanderTalk 18:37, 22 September 2006 (PDT)

It's been a long road back to PFP. I have returned from a Summer of study and work which left me offline for most of three months. But, I am definitely back. To get this show back on the road, I have added the PFP Forums. And also, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Hard Drive Recovery Associates, who helped me a great deal by recovering data from a failed Mac hard drive. These guys are data recovery geniuses, I say! I appreciate their support, and this forum would not exist without them. If you have suggestions, questions, or just want to contact the site adminstrators - drop in and visit. The link is in the Header menu above - predictably titled "Forums".
